EMILIO YBARRA
Communicator, diplomat and architect of human and business relations.
Over 25 years’ professional experience built up in positions of responsibility in business, sales, marketing and communication management in Spain and abroad, including at listed enterprises and financial institutions. Emilio spent much of his career at Vocento, where he worked as the Managing Director of Communication and Institutional Relations, among other positions.
SUSANA DÍAZ SÁNCHEZ-BEATO
Perfectionist and constructive critic, passionate and a champion of restless minds in quest of change
Over 20 years’ experience in marketing and brand creation and management. Susana has worked at advertising agencies and at enterprises, spearheading projects in Spain and Latin America and management teams at some of Spain’s most prestigious firms (Movistar, Telefónica, Orange, France Telecom, Madrid City Hall, Securitas Direct, Mahou San Miguel, Grupo Barrabés and El Corte Inglés).
MARÍA DÍAZ SEMPERE
Hard-working, spirited, an all-rounder and a dream-chaser.
A journalist with experience in the media (Expansión, Fuera de Serie, TVE, Spain’s national public broadcaster) and in project management for clients from a range of sectors at communication agencies such as Evercom.
ANA MARÍA LÁZARO
Unstoppable, open-minded, versatile, ready for a new challenge with each new dawn.
A journalist with over 15 years’ experience in communication and online marketing. Event organiser and protocol expert. Extensive track record as a radio and TV reporter and presenter (Cadena SER, Grupo Promecal, Atresmedia).

Creative, observant, committed to everything he does and champion of how he does it. Valentín is extremely astute at finding the beauty and uniqueness in things.
Over 20 years’ international experience as creative director at some of the most prestigious brand consultancy firms in the UK and Spain.
